Nitesh has been a valued member of the Red Alert IT Solutions team for over two years, supporting clients both remotely and on-site. He’s the one clients rely on when hardware or software issues pop up, user accounts need managing, or hands-on technical support is required.

With certifications in Microsoft 365 (MS-900), Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), and AWS Solutions Architecture – along with a degree in Computer Engineering and a diploma in Cloud Computing – Nitesh brings deep technical knowledge to every situation. He enjoys solving tough problems and making technology easier for clients to use. His favorite piece of advice? “A reboot a day keeps the IT away.”

When he’s not helping clients, Nitesh enjoys camping, hiking, exploring new places, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Jason has been with Red Alert IT Solutions for an incredible nine years, making him one of the team’s most experienced and dependable members. Known for being a true “jack of some trades,” Jason has handled just about every kind of support request you can think of. He loves helping people and takes pride in making sure clients get the answers and solutions they need.

A graduate of Mohawk College’s Software Support program, Jason also brings experience from his time as a Tier 2 Tech Support Agent at DependableIT and working with Best Buy’s Geek Squad. His go-to tip for clients? “Microsoft changed the default behavior of ‘Shut Down’ back in Windows 8. If you’re trying to fix a problem, always ‘Restart’ instead of shutting down and powering back on.”

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new tech, and taking on projects that keep him learning something new.

Kris manages billing with accuracy and care, ensuring smooth financial operations for both clients and the team. She values clear communication and dependable service.
